TAX FORMS:
If you want paper tax forms, they are becoming more and more difficult to get hold of.
For Vermont state forms, there are three ways to get them:
( we can print them at the library for you ---- and we have a "reference" copy of the booklet with instructions.)
1.  Print forms from the website:   www.tax.vermont.gov   ----- go to the "individual Tax Resource Area".

2. Order forms by email:  taxforms@state.vt.us

3. Order forms by phone: 802-828-2515 or toll-free:  (855) 297-5600  (doubtful you will talk to a human being)

When ordering, speak clearly and provide: your full  name; mailing address; form number(s) and quantity and daytime phone number.
Quick Tips:
Order your paper forms early (no later than April 1) for timely delivery
DO NOT USE PHOTOCOPIED FORMS (they might send them back)
E-file your taxes for a faster refund!

Federal forms: may be printed from the website:   www.irs.gov
click on forms and pubs.
We can print them for you at the library also. I have ordered a copy of the instruction booklet (104 pages), which will hopefully arrive soon.
