Re-scheduled:
An evening out in Strafford, at the Morrill Memorial & Harris Library on WEDNESDAY at 7pm.
(and no longer a conflict with the Thursday film-showing at Barrett Hall!)

Gus Speth will be reading from and discussing his recently published memoir, "Angels by the River". His first memoir, the book follows his unlikely path—from a Southern boyhood to his career as an influential mainstream environmentalist to his current system-changing activism. In this compelling memoir, Speth explores the issues and realities that have shaped the nation since the 1950s, and that turned him, an “ultimate insider”, into someone willing to be arrested in front of the White House for the causes he believes in.

Refreshments provided ----and the book will be available for sale.
Please join us for a thought -provoking and lively evening, where it's warm and cozy!
