This Saturday, Nov. 5, 10am, we will host another "Downloadable / Mango"
Workshop.
Bring your laptop, i-pad, i-pod, Kindle, Nook, MP3 player, etc. and we will
do our best to get you started
on these programs we offer through the Green Mountain Library Consortium.
First, our tech savvy volunteer, Kasaundra Landon, will walk you through
setting up an account
with MANGO, the foreign language learning program. Then we'll work on
downloading audiobooks and e-books -----
a little tricky the first time (although easier on a kindle), but we'll do
our best to get you started. ???? -- call 765-4037.

The reading group meets next on Thursday, December, to discuss the book "Old
Filth" by Jane Gardam. Everyone welcome.

Mark your calendars for Saturday, Nov. 26th ------  a very special event at
the library!
Gregory Maguire will read from his new book "Out of Oz: The Final Volume in
the Wicked Years".

We are also looking forward to scheduling readings and celebrations for two
Strafford writers, as their books come out very soon
(hopefully in December ------ watch for more information). Congratulations to
Mame Willey and Roz Finn!
