We, the Friends of the Morrill Memorial Library (FOMML), are overwhelmed
with books this year and to all of you who have donated books to this annual
sale, a heartfelt thanks! We will accept books brought to the library on
Thursday, July 5th. We will NOT accept any donations (books and/or AV) on
Friday, July 6th.
We will start setting up Friday morning and we will open for business at 5PM
Friday evening. The sale will close at 7PM Fri. evening and reopen on
Saturday morning from 9AM to 1PM.

Audio and movie problems:
We are still missing a couple of LUV DVD's: "The Soloist" and "Venice
Revealed - Disc 1". Please look around your homes and DVD players and return
these asap. They will have a blue label on the spine, which says "LUV VIDEO
COOP".
And please be careful with CD's & DVD's ---- return them to their proper
cases ---- we've had a run of mix-ups and...

Did your child leave a jacket at the library? We have a blue and black hoodie
style sweatshirt and a yellow rainjacket with fleece lining.

If you're doing any spring cleaning, please remember to save your books for
the annual book sale, sponsored by the Friends of the Library. This is one of
the biggest fundraisers for the library and we appreciate all donations (well,
almost all ............. please no encyclopedias, textbooks or computer books)

Please return LUV DVD's and audiobooks this week, so they can be exchanged for
new sets.

The children's and young adult audiobooks we are able to purchase (thanks to
our "Winnie Belle Grant") have started to arrive and are ready to circulate ------- some classics like "The BFG", "The Phantom Tollbooth","A Wrinkle in Time" and  "A Secret Garden" to newer titles like the Percy Jackson & the Olympian series,
and the Hunger Games trilogy, to name a few. We expect more in the coming weeks.

Wednesday ------it has been a long inconvenience and we are very sorry.

Children's programs continue this week as usual, but next week is school
vacation week, so there will be no Thursday after-school program........ but there WILL BE Storytime on Friday at 10 am.
